This week the podcast takes a dive into what it means to protect your energy. Protecting your energy is not only physical, it’s mental and emotional as well. Learning to take care of yourself in that aspect is something that some people have a hard time with. Some people tend to do things that they don’t want to do because they are either left feeling guilty or feel that they have to do it; that they are obligated.
