I recorded this episode in my car with my handheld Zoom recorder. I wanted to get a message out to you to stay strong during this crazy "social distancing" pandemic time. It's scary. It's uncertain. Yes. But it can also be a time of deeper soul searching. It can be a time where you do some things you have been putting off. How will you spend your time during this time? After Derrick died, my life was altered dramatically. All of the things I loved and thought made me "safe", went away. I learned a lot about attachment and loss during that time that I hope helps you should you need it right now. I usually try NOT to talk about my spirituality as to not alienate anyone, however, dreams & spirituality go hand-in-hand for me. So here is my take on the subject of Spirituality & Dreams!

You know how I always say to follow the breadcrumbs? Well, my guest today is the perfect example of how this works and leads you to your purpose. Kate Neligan is an Equine-Partnered Life Coach, Author & Speaker.

How do animals know where to go when they migrate? Most times, they have never been to where they are going. And where they are going is HUNDREDS of miles away. Many will DIE on their journey. All they know is THAT FEELING. They are following it, no matter what. It is their destiny. Is our intuition OUR migration?

If you follow THAT feeling, that feeling that has been inside of you your entire life, if you follow it... you never know where it'll take you! I got my dream job at Paramount Pictures, I created a video that that was featured on the home page of Yahoo!, I was on the set of La La Land with Dapo when he worked with John Legend. My feeling leads me into all these cool experiences. Where will YOUR feeling lead you?
