Once again I can’t remember or maybe that’s the lie I keep telling myself so that I don’t over think it and just publish the episode.

I’m not sure what this post is about. I’m sure it will come to me later and after I’ve already published it.

I recorded this this morning and I can’t remember what it’s about. Probably a whole lotta nonsense to y’all but maybe not.

This episode is long and all over the place. I don't listen to them I just post so hopefully the audio is good. I wasn't sure if I was going to post this but I'm really trying to learn to be my true self and to be honest with myself. It wasn't until recently that I realized I wasn't doing either of those things. I've felt called to do this and I'm not sure why but I'm trying to learn to listen and do and not question it.
