For most of my life, I struggled with performance. The feeling that I needed to show up and be able to help - a piece of advice, a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear. Something. Anything, really. But in the last few years, I've learned that it's okay to just show up. It was shockingly harder than it sounds. In this episode, I take you through that journey and what it looks like to us to just show up.
