I died on Monday and gave birth on Tuesday. My commitment to learning who I am and what I came here to be is unquestionable. 

In this episode, I change up everything about how I'm preparing and recording this podcast. I begin to explore abstract art which invites me to remember why I enjoy art. A message about remembering why you've incarnated is shared.

In this episode, I question my work ethic and share the rituals I practice to get into flow state. 

In this episode, I chat about not wanting to take anatomy classes and blockages around getting myself to sit down and paint. Even though there has been some major skill growth just in this second painting, I ask myself the deeper question: "Why do I paint?".

In this episode, I talk about what inspired me to work with acrylic paint and to start my first painting. I use to only draw in black and white because color terrified me. It's pretty symbolic, moving from the dark into a world of color. I've really come alive and stepped into my authenticity. Through this first painting, I learn the lessons of courage, patience, imperfection, and perseverance.
