It's hard to make time for yourself and the more that we try the busier we get. It is important to reclaim the time that we have, being busy is good but are we happy with what we are busy with?  In this episode I discuss how I have learned to be the right kind of busy. Although my approach is different than most I am learning to be happy again with and learning to be the best version I can be of myself and how I have began to learn the importance of ME Time!
