Here is part 2 of how college was a great learning opportunity as to what I want to actually do with my life. 

Although success and waste usually do not go well together it is important to ask yourself am I where I want to be. And more importantly am I happy? I went to college successfully for 6 years and received the recognition for attending school yet, I don't feel personally successful. However in the eyes of society those 6 years I have conquered a lot. So this is me recognizing that I have indeed wasted so many years of my life by not asking myself the simple question am I happy? This is part 1 of how it all began for me and why I feel like I have lost so much of my time. Enjoy!

While I was attending school I really lacked style (not that I have much now). Thinking back on it it wasn't because I didn't like cute, cool, funky clothes it was because someone told me that I had to follow certain expectations for the place that I worked for. So me being the naive student went along with it and dressed like a 40 year old business woman, super not cute (maybe that explains a lot of my relationship problems ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). But now I'm figuring out how to figure it all back out and how I want to look on the outside. 

In this episode I talk about how I grew up and trying to figure out how relationships work within my culture. Needless to say it's confusing and I still haven't figured it out. Maybe some day?

Since we have officially entered fall (I think) here are some of the fall expectations that we see and how I have experienced them. Maybe it's just a tangent but let me know if you can relate at all. Although fall is my favorite season sometimes I wonder if it really should be. Hmmm. 

Falling into a rut is easy, getting out of it is hard. For me my rut led me into a depression a few years back and this is my story about what happened during that dark time for me and how I manage to maintain myself motivated today. 

Social Media is awesome, but it also has its downfall. For me that's comparing myself to the life that others have and I don't (Even though I don't want their lifestyle). So this is about me being able to tell myself that I it's fine and that I am living my best life. It's also about me catching up on the trends that I have missed for the last few years while I was working only on my academics. Hope you enjoy!

Rejection is hard. But it is a way a life, if you are moving forward in life you are bound to get a "No" eventually. But we were never really taught how to deal with rejection. It is hard but it can really be preparing you for something or stopping you from doing something that is not going to make you happy. This is a raw recording just kind of felt like recording this and making it live. Hope you enjoy. 

It's hard to make time for yourself and the more that we try the busier we get. It is important to reclaim the time that we have, being busy is good but are we happy with what we are busy with?  In this episode I discuss how I have learned to be the right kind of busy. Although my approach is different than most I am learning to be happy again with and learning to be the best version I can be of myself and how I have began to learn the importance of ME Time! 

Although college is a big decision and a lot of responsibility don't be stuck in the idea that you have to only focus on school you have the right to go out and figure out what you want to do and enjoy yourself and the time that you spend there. It not cheap so you might as well have fun!!!
