I am delighted to welcome Nick De Luca to this episode to discuss lots of things. I met Nick a few years ago and we have enjoyed bouncing ideas of one another many a time. Actually its usually when I am having a mini crisis moment Nick zooms in with some words of wisdom to get me back on track.

Nick is a Scottish former professional rugby player (union) having represented his country at all ages and making his six nations debut in 2008.

Now Nick is a Director of sport in Edinburgh and like me a coach and mentor to many.
