Let me start out by saying.... I’m tired of being in the damn house and I’m tired of not having a social life. I'm simply over this damn pandemic and I need a way to deal with all of my frustration and mental health overall. I created this podcast as an outlet for me to express myself and not allow depression to creep back into my life ever again. I have a lot to get off of my chest. I need to laugh, I need to vent and I need to release. Tune in if you need a laugh or if you too have suffered from depression. Life is short , so live each day on your terms.
