Meadowbrook Church Sermons

Do you have problems? Do you admit that you are powerless over your problems and defects of character? Do you believe that God can help? Then congratulations, you are ready for significant transformation of your life.

Some people rationalize their past, complain about their present and fear their future. God's invitation is to clean up your past, rebuild your present and experience freedom in your future. Both paths require a choice and the choice is yours.

The old saying, “Let go and let God” is true, not trite. But, how does one let go? What does it look like for God to be in control of my life?

If God can help and is inclined to help then why don’t I let Him help? What do I really believe about God? What do I really believe about life’s challenges? Do I really want to change?

There’s an “elephant” in the room. You’re a broken person that needs healing and power for restoration. God has the power and He is inclined to heal and rebuild us. To experience God’s help we must first admit our need.

Most of us have that "someone" for whom it is challenging to buy a gift. It seems that they have everything they need or we just lack creative ideas. Discover the gift that everyone needs and that most don't have.

It's that time of year when we descend upon the shopping mall, joust for parking spaces, navigate the sea of people and ring the chimes of cash registers in the effort to give gifts at Christmas. Discover the gifts that you can give without the mall or online shopping carts that will also change your life in the giving.

Are you worried about being single? Worried about your marriage or children? Worried about your finances and future? Does worry paralyze or antagonize your life? God has throughout history empowered His people to slay fearsome giants.
