This is by far the best meal prep recipe book I have. The tips are very much helpful on how to properly store meat and reheat the next time. All the ingredients are easy to find, it wouldnât be hard to look in the local market. This is definitely a good find cookbook.

Use this book to help you plan the whole month meals and have quick access to the ingredients. Inside is various delicious recipes that are quick and easy to prepare. No pictures but easy to follow. The author also explains what exactly meal prep is, what you need to start, and its benefits.

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout and each recipe species how long it can be stored in the refrigerator and freezer (if freezable) which makes meal planning for the week or for vacation so much easier and choosing a day to commit to your shopping, prepping, cooking and storing is no joke and in many way, this is meal prepping in a nutshell, but Toby makes it easy and fun (believe it or not), because the organization is already done for you and just follow each step for how to put your meals together for the week, and chances are you wonât go hungry ;) Lastly, the book provides 3 meal plans to choose from, from weight loss, clean eating and building muscle. Pick your goal and head to those recipes, easy peasy and the book also includes lots of helpful meal-prep tips, such as how long certain foods will last in the fridge or freezer, shopping lists, time savers, meal plans, and more and i only wish there were more photos of the recipes, because I find that photos both motivate me to cook the meals and help me determine whether they're turning out right as I'm cooking them. But overall, I think this cookbook will really help me get dinner on the table on busy weeks!
