Notar Jens Jeep unterhält sich mit Tex Drieschner über Begegnungen, die zur Erfindung von TV Noir geführt haben, dem schwarz-weiß gefilmten Wohnzimmer der Songwriter, in dem 1700 Menschen Platz finden. Der Moderator und Sänger erinnert sich an die Anfänge am Stammtisch erfolgloser Musiker und an einen Sänger, den er in seine Sendung eingeladen hat, bevor es diese überhaupt gab.
