What if the parts of yourself you’ve spent years trying to change aren’t flaws at all—but clues to how you’re actually designed to live?
In this episode of Meant for More, I sit down with Lindsay for a beautiful conversation about Human Design, Emotional Polarity Technique (EPT), breathwork, boundaries, and what it means to truly listen to yourself.
Lindsay has spent more than 20 years in education and counseling, but alongside that traditional career, she has followed her curiosity into yoga, EPT, Human Design, breathwork, and other mind-body practices that have helped her better understand her energy, her body, and the path that feels uniquely hers.
We talk about how yoga first taught her to create boundaries and pay attention to what her body was telling her, how EPT opened another door into mind-body healing, and how discovering Human Design—specifically learning that she is a Projector—gave her language for patterns she had experienced throughout her life.
Rather than believing she needed to change who she was, she began learning how to honor the way she naturally moves through the world.
We also explore the balance between masculine structure and feminine flow, protecting your energy, making space for creativity and nature, finding community, and allowing yourself to continue growing and evolving—even when the people around you don’t fully understand your path.
At the heart of this conversation is a question that goes far beyond any one modality:
How well do you actually know yourself—and do you trust what you hear when you listen?
Because becoming more of yourself may not be about finding one perfect path. It may be about staying curious, learning your own rhythms, and trusting yourself enough to follow what feels true.
In this episode, we explore:
• Human Design and Lindsay’s experience as a Projector
• Emotional Polarity Technique (EPT) and the mind-body connection
• Yoga and breathwork as tools for self-awareness
• Listening to your body’s signals
• Setting boundaries and honoring your energy
• Masculine structure and feminine flow
• Following curiosity instead of a prescribed path
• Creativity, nature, and the importance of community
• Giving yourself permission to evolve
• Trusting your path even when others don’t understand it
If you’ve ever felt like the life, pace, or path that works for everyone else doesn’t quite fit you, this conversation is an invitation to become curious about what does.
You don’t have to be understood to be yourself.
