This episode I talk about my relationship with my Dad being an Alcoholic - that being the main 'trauma' I experienced and the difficulties that come with it. I don't go into much detail of my own experience because this isn't about me, it's about you! And how we all experience trauma at some point in our lives, and it has its long term effects. My goal is to help those struggling with their past holding them back in some way.

For anyone who has been affected by an alcoholic in some way I strongly recommend you look into Al Anon. There are now virtual meetings and support groups. This is something that has helped me greatly in understanding this terrible disease.
