We've all hit the pandemic wall. We've been in a global pandemic for about a year now, and while there is a very small glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel, we still have a long way to go.

We have all been impacted in one way or another by this year of isolation, and it's especially tough with your kids right there with you. This time has revealed so much to me about our needs as mothers and as humans, and just how much this pandemic has made it nearly impossible to meet those needs. While it feels nearly impossible, it's not completely impossible to meet your deepest needs, take care of yourself, make space for yourself, and make the most out of the situation.
In this episode, I am walking you through some ways you can navigate the burnout, care for yourself, give yourself some grace, and do more than just survive during this time.
