The Alexander is an interesting friend. It's a VERY different design from what we usually cover on this show, and even quite different from its peers in Code Geass. If I had to compare it to something, it reminds me of the EMMIs from Metroid Dread? Humanoid-presented robobug, crawlin around all fast. I like both. Though, don't tell Dylan... I like the EMMIs more than the Alexander.
Here are links to first, a folder of the few images we reference that you can't find on the Code Geass Wiki, second, a video of the Alexander fighting, and third, a video of core cooling animations from Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.
If you want to find us on Twitter, Dylan is @lowpolyrobot and Six is @sixdettmar. Our opening theme is the Hangar Theme from Gundam Breaker 3, and our ending theme for this episode is Colors, originally by Flow, though this version is a cover by r/Anime, from Code Geass. Our podcast art is a fantastic piece of work from Twitter artist @fenfelt. Want to see a list of every unit we’ve covered from every episode, including variants and tangents? It’s right here.
