Jerome studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines, and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is currently responsible for driving R&D, operational, and strategic efforts across the globe.

Matt played a key role in the commercial launch of breakthrough technologies, including the first implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Since founding PrepMD in 2009, Matt has overseen an organization that has graduated over 500 qualified medical device candidates into the workforce and has expanded business operations to include contract staffing and direct placement services as well as a rapidly expanding cardiac device remote monitoring division.
