It was important for me to have Mallory on today because there is so much thoughts that goes behind designing a medical spa or aesthetic practice. Creating a well designed space is often overlooked, but shouldn’t be as it’s your patients first impression of you and your business. It’s going to make a lasting impression and so serious thought should go into the design of your practice.

I had the absolute pleasure of talking with my good friend Alex Coursen today on Med Spa Growth and Profitability Podcast.
