The study showed no benefit but significant waste and cost. Interesting intersection with the good reason why hospitals and health corporations need to start to look at their own corporate social responsibility and impact.

Well after a month hiatus we're back. Tanya survived her multiple flights with 3 children to Europe and back. Managed to get her coffee situation sorted plus find some pastries and sunshine. She also managed to squeeze in a trip to London sans children for an emergency bridal wardrobe issue a la the hangover goes to Europe pre-Brexit😬. Meanwhile Bec was busy in Melbourne with the RANZCOG ASM, meeting Melissa Davey from The Guardian and Amy Coopes from Croakey. Plus mention of the RANZCOG gender equity report. Its jam packed with lots of stuff n nonsense but hey, we've been gone a month and yup, we're back!

Tanya watched the Women's Grand Round presented by pain team CNC Sarah Grant and anaesthetist Dr Nam Le on intrathecal morphine from 1000km away and comments on her observations plus management of itch.

Before GongGasGirl flies away to Croatia solo parenting for 30 odd hours on a plane with 3 children she thought she'd check in.
