At long last, the Disney Renaissance is in full swing in this week's episode of Media Ghouls. The critically acclaimed Beauty and the Beast finally gets the retrospective treatment as the gang looks at the film's long history and release, its explosion in popularity, its unforgettable music, and the many spinoffs it inspired. Emelynn isn't happy with one of the cast members though, and Nando tries his damndest to lower the score of Ian's favorite Disney film. Will this long-awaited episode end in disaster?

Ian and Justin take a look at May's biggest movies in this week's episode. First up is the remake nobody asked for, Aladdin. While not the disaster some were anticipating, the Ghouls have a lot to say on what didn't work in yet another of Disney's live action remakes. A brief interlude into Olivia Wilde's Booksmart follows before the duo lets their inner child in their review of Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Much fanboying ensues.

On this episode, Ian, Justin, Nando, Emelynn, and Jared unite to discuss the final season of Game of Thrones. The gang puts each character under the microscope to analyze how the writers betrayed the fans. The Ghouls compare Dexter to Game of Thrones, two tales of incest and disappointing endings, before Justin reveals himself to be a Sailor Moon fangirl. Does any TV series have a perfect finale?
