We got a favorite artist coming around with the album pick being Either/Or and a doc about the artist Elliott Smith, 'Heaven Adores You', the movie is 'Ghost World" (2001) with ScarJo, Buscemi, Thora Birch, some customization talk, bidding goodbye to a 2XLP from a previous episode. Biden Stimmy coming through soon so expect more new additions to our collections :)

Lend us your ears! or ear... we swap media and for this week the music isn't played off a needle riding through a groove but off a tape. Cassettes haven't been revived like vinyl but the Traveling Wilburys are a little known supergroup that deserve reviving. For the movie we got a scandalous Noir revival thriller from the creative mind of David Lynch, Blue Velvet.

This is the way, step inside! Spooky season brought us a horror psych thriller movie in Midsommar! A polarizing film released in 2019 that these two brother-in-laws are totally into, so much so that this screening was of the Director's cut in 4K. And to pair with it, a post-punk gem in the band Joy Division. The 40th anniversary edition of 'Closer' and one of the best singles of all time 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'. Also stick around for a discussion of FOMO, one of the biggest thorns in a collector's side.
