Anthony Bergin is a senior fellow at Strategic Analysis Australia. Strategic Analysis Australia is an organization that provides policy insights into national security, defence and international relations challenges. The organization aims to inform the public debate and provide insights to government and corporate users.
We will be discussing the noxious joint statement that has been signed by 28 countries including Australia that has been hailed by Hamas, media complicity in Israel bashing especially by our public broadcasters and the government's inept handling of concerns over antisemitism.
Joining me in the studio will be podcaster and commentator Adam Slonim, who hosts 'Behind the Headlines' on J-AIR. Adam is director of the Middle East Policy forum and a life member of the ALP. His opinion piece 'Defining antisemitism is no threat to free speech. Without a definition, we are adrift' has appeared in The Age today.
Ronen Martin-Cohen, presenter of 'Peace of Mind' on J-AIR also happened to be in the studio at the time this program was going to air so I invited him to join the party for my 400th show.
