Emma Jenkings is a qualified workplace and employment mediator and provides training and coaching on communication and conflict prevention. She lives on the south coast of England in Gosport, Hampshire with her husband and two daughters.

Emma discovered mediation during her law degree and became more interested in mediation during her time working for the Employment Tribunal.

At the end of 2015 Emma completed her training, and at the beginning of 2016 she set up her company, Mosaic Mediation.

Mosaic Mediation offers workplace & employment mediation, small business mediation, 1:1 conflict coaching and communication training.

Mediation is normally for internal disputes or issues between colleagues or management about: bullying/harassment claims, personality clashes, grievances, return-to-work transitions or discrimination claims. Small business mediation supports the smaller organisations resolve internal disputes or minor disputes between them and a supplier/client.

Emma Jenkings uses her knowledge and experience as a mediator to teach and support individuals or teams in learning how to communicate more effectively and learn how to prevent ‘unnecessary conflict’. She also has an online course: ‘Kindly Speak Up: Develop Positive Assertiveness in 5 Days’ and a Facebook group: Kindly Speak Up Community.
