Medicare open enrollment season is upon us.  Many seniors are tempted to choose the privatized version of the program:  Medicare Advantage. But, as our health care policy expert Anne Montgomery explains, there are disadvantages to Medicare Advantage that may be hidden behind insurers' slick marketing techniques.
