Hi everyone! In this episode, I talk about this sort of typical representation of witchcraft as being shown as this super aesthetic white, straight, cis woman dressed spooky and sexy in a forest somewhere. However, this common representation of witchy-ness is far from the truth and history of witchcraft all together. I talk about how now that witchcraft is being less stigmatized in many senses from normal society, witchcraft has had to become more "palatable" to normal society by sacrificing the very essence and foundation of witchcraft.... which are the people that are the marginalized, the minorities, the ones who don't fit in and are often harmed for it. This conversation was inspired by Sabrina's post on Insta and it is something that I couldn't agree more with. Have any questions? Check out my Insta!
