Welcome back to the show and happy 2025!

It is well known that for the last 6 months of 2024, myself and my beautiful wife Nicolette have been traveling. We traveled via road trip all through the USA and starting in september we went inter-continental and took our travels to europe.

To say that traveling Europe for 3 months was a life changing experience is not an exaggeration!

It was nice to sit down with Nicolette, and to recap and reminisce about our time in these beautiful countries and cities.

We got to answer some fan and friend questions which was a fun experience! We got to go deep on our physical journey around the wrold but also, our spiritual and emotional journies as a couple and as people.

When the scale doesn't move (a weight loss journey)

Another day another tale of transformation!

And of all the journeys I have been witness to, none have hit harder or been more personal to me than that of my beautiful wife Nicolette.

Weight loss is a tricky beast at times and sometimes despite doing our best the results that we see are disappointing to say the least…

Nicolette has been at her journey for years now. With mixed success in the beginning. Small wins and defeating losses. AND despite the difficulty of the path she stayed committed and has created massive successes and momentum forward.

Almost 20 lbs lost now, and many inches of measurement!

In this episode we chat about the feeling state at the beginning of the journey, the pains of the defeats along the way, Nicolette's major turning point and systems and tools with which somebody on a weight loss journey can use to begin and continue to make consistent and meaningful progress.

This transformation story is near and dear to my heart and of all the people I work with, the most intimate.

Welcome back to the show!

This episode features my client and now good friend, James Tyler. In our 3 month journey together James has transformed his health and his life. During our journey we faced a significant hardship together regarding the scale. Although his weight went down, it didn't feel like enough.

I am certain that MANY people have this experience... Doing everything right but, the scale just won't move. While coaching James I have learned so much as a coach, and those lessons include important tools that you can and should use to measure your physical transformation.

There is so much to be said about James. He is an inspiration man. Hard working guy, loving father and husband, muay thai enthusiast and NOW, competitor...

He is much more than expressed in this one conversation. AND.

I really wanted to dive in on this topic to shed some light on this issue and to serve those who may be going through the same process. What to do when you're not losing weight. And to give to them tools, hope and motivation to continue their journey forward, to better health.

I am thankful for my time with James and I am very thankful to now call him a friend.

Hello everyone!

Welcome Nicolette, back to the show. Just what the h*ll have we been up to? What has become of my business? What are our future plans?

In June 2024 we decided to rent our home, pack our stuff and to hit the road. Leaivng behind our lovely life, loved ones and my business. To be honest, from my perspective, it was a very difficult decision to make.

On episode 22 I have my good friend and former boxing athlete on, Kostas Bach.

In my time with Kostas I found him to be quite a remarkable man. While he was boxing competitively with me, He was also a student attending university for a law degree, working part time AND training to become an ultra marathon runner.

The levels of not only disciple I experienced from Kosats but also, his optimistic outlook on life is contagious.

In this episode we chat about Kostas' experience in the current university system, we deep dive the experiences of both his fights, from losing his first to a brilliant win in his second bout! And finally, just how deep he had to dig to run an ultra marathon.

Welcome back to the show!

In episode 20 of the podcast I am joined by Joshua Curley. A rockstar client and veteran of my online coaching programs.

If you are someone who is wanting to lose weight, who is struggling with your goals or are feeling like you are on a back slide with it all right now. This episode is going to be a great listen, as that is where Josh was at, at the start of our journey together.

In our time together Josh boosted some amazing feats. He went from not being able to do 1 pushup to doing 40 in one set. He pushed himself to complete a 75km bike ride, and, although not his main goals, he lost 20lbs and 2 inches off of his body.

Josh and I sat down as a testimonial to the program and we dug into some interesting insights around how confidence is developed through our physical body and the setting and completion of meaningful goals.

We thoroughly discussed the process of how to set goals, make them into milestones and then follow a winning process to complete the goals.

Josh is in my opinion a stand out guy. He has lofty visions for the future he is creating and spending this time together was a blessing.

Meryeta is an Olympic bronze medalist and professional athlete in the sport of snowboard cross racing!

As with athletes that come onto the podcast I was exceptionally curious about the life long journey that it was to become the person and athlete that she is today. And, as ALWAYS I was blown away by Meryeta's emotional intelligence and her ability to tell her story and share her experiences in a such a powerful way.

Meryeta went deep on the journey that was her life to this point, the importance of coach/athlete relationship, overcoming injury, overcoming doubt, her experience at the Olympics and much more.

It was a honor to have the opportunity to have her on the podcast and to be able to draw lessons from the unconventional life she as lived.

Myself, as well as Terri, share similar beliefs that could certainly be considered controversial... Motherhood and the role of women in society, dating culture, promiscuous sexual behavior and it's effects on the mind and soul AND on society itself.

Terri and I dove into some sticky topics and last time I was on her podcast we got some people fired up. We got to dive into our own selves as well and acknowledge our own short comings and responsibility for the things we've created in our lives!

Welcome back to the show, I am particularly grateful for this episode and the opportunity to present this conversation to the audience.

Kevin Teichroeb is a Pastor of a local church in Vanderhoof. I attended one of his sermons in my own journey of spirituality and was blown away by the way that he thought about, prepared and studied for the sermon. Afterwards we sat down to chat and I found myself becoming even more impressed by him. Kevin is exceptionally well read, introspective and HONEST. And thus, I invited him to the podcast.

During this episode I got to speak honestly about my own experineces of Christianity and the journey that I am currently on in relationship to God, and had the opportunity to speak to him about some questions about the journey of spirituality, about Christianity itself and about his own experiences as a man, husband, father and pastor.

Kevin and I spoke deeply about some interesting topics: How can you tell if you are seeking the truth in your life? How can you tell if god is calling to you? Why is Christianity under attack? And MUCH more...
