Welcome to your THIRD DAY, Jewels! Good things come in THREES. You may have noticed that some days meditation can really calm you down without trying, and some days it seems that you’re noticing the things that stress you out even more.
There’s a meditation for that. It’s called “CHILL” and Stephen, our Executive Director is guiding it. You can tune in here:

Tip #3 for a great meditation is that it’s all about the BREATH. Regulating the breath is great for anxiety as well. If mid-season cold, or allergies don’t have you stuffy, try to breathe through the nose rather than the mouth while meditating. And, if you’re feeling anxious or drank too much coffee, you can focus on the exhale, or even extend it for a second or two. If you’re feeling sleepy or bored, focus on your inhale.
