IT’S THE LAST DAY! OMG, Jewels. You did it. After this meditation, you’ve meditated already for 10 consecutive days for at least 100 minutes. Congratulations and THANK YOU for participating!
Since today’s the last day, Rachel Webb’s here to guide you in a little L O V E meditation, because we all need a little more love! This meditation helps us trace the pattern of LOVE in our minds, so that after practicing this meditation for some time we become more loving.
DAY 9. Wow. It’s been a journey. Thank you for your commitment, Jewels! We hope you’re feeling it. Today, our Director of Meditation, Gabriel Woodhouse is going to lead you in a meditation we call LOVE. It’s designed to expand your love past the edges you see now, into the unconditional love territory. Into a love that never ends. Sounds blissful!
The best way to create a better meditation practice is to actually CREATE a community of your own to support your practice, and to share the insights you’re having with others. They say the best way to learn is to teach; that adage applies here, too. Teach someone what you know, however small, and watch how your knowledge expands. This is why we encourage you to refer friends.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH, JEWELS
SMILE JEWELS!
It’s Day 7, and you’re almost there. Have you felt a shift? We have! So many of you AROUND THE WORLD are meditating together, and it’s so powerful. Today you'll be doing the SMILE meditation with Michael McSwain.
Making offerings to an altar or Buddha statue, is sometimes seen as superstitious or esoteric, or even unimportant, so we thought we’d clear a few things up.
1. An altar practice can be a powerful way to “set the stage” and prime our minds for meditation. When we look at our meditation space, we are creating impressions on our mind of how much we value this practice, and how much we value what we hope to achieve with this practice. So we can use our creativity here to prepare ourselves to go inward.
2. The offerings placed on an altar are in symbolic relationship to the wisdom that we achieve through the introspective practice of meditation. Just like we’d offer a new lover flowers, we offer our own minds, and the potential of our mind flowers, incense, candles, etc.
3. Having a representation of the highest evolution of self (whatever that means to YOU) can be a super inspirational reference point to remind you where the finish line is, and what it might look like to get there. That’s why there’s a Buddha statue in many traditional Buddhist altars!

Day 6 Jewels, and it’s all about getting in the M O O D to meditate, because let’s face it, sometimes we’d rather watch Queer Eye: Japan and order delivery tacos than work with our minds. Today, Supriya Jain is going to guide you in a meditation called MOOD, that analyzes where our moods come from, and what they really are, so that we can be empowered to work with whatever mood we’re feeling.
TIP 6
Ever noticed how calm and happy you feel after yoga? Not a coincidence, Jewels! Yoga was designed to help us work with our subtle body, even out emotion, and still our minds so that we can be better meditators. There’s a lot more to it than we can explain here, but the main point is: if you’re having trouble working with your mind, try a yoga class and see if that changes anything! Moving the body can help change our state of mind. For more information about Three Jewels go to: https://www.threejewels.org/
YOU’RE HALFWAY THERE!! We hope you feel really good, Jewels! We’re here to support you and keep you going, so here’s our next TIP.
T I P O F T H E D A Y
Tip #5 Meditation progress is made mostly OFF THE CUSHION. What we mean is: the practice we do in meditation can be totally enhanced by the way we interact with the world, or the other way around. Because how we think speak and act influences our mind, and our mind dictates how we see the world. If we’re trying to work on caring for ourselves, the BEST way to create that internal pattern is by taking care of others. Our way of experiencing the world comes from us. So if we want to be happier, stress free and loving, we start that pattern by helping those around us feel that way.
Today Emmett Farley, is going to guide you in our SELF-CARE meditation, which is also known as a ""Tonglen"" meditation. This is a guided practice where we plant seeds for our own satisfaction by acting like a fairy godmother to someone else we know. By imagining that we can help others overcome their problems, and get a sense of ease and fulfillment, we leave the meditation feeling more fulfilled and satisfied. It’s day FOUR, Jewels! C e l e b r a t e, because you’re almost at the halfway point.
T I P O F T H E D A Y
Tip #4: It’s great to know what meditation is, and what it isn’t. Meditation is the practice of keeping your mind on an object for a certain period of time. Meditation is not trying to stop thinking. It’s not following your thoughts around. During our meditation we use a meditation ‘object’ that’s going to leave an impression on our minds that will help us be happier, healthier, more creative and more loving.
TODAY’S meditation object is just that. Sarah Blackburn is going to guide you in our GOALS meditation, AKA. “Future Refuge” meditation. In this meditation, we form a relationship with our future self. That self is free of any obstacles or barriers we currently face, and possesses the qualities or strengths that we’re working to develop. The more we continue to work with that ‘new’ self, the more our minds see this ‘self’ as a real possibility for us.

Welcome to your THIRD DAY, Jewels! Good things come in THREES. You may have noticed that some days meditation can really calm you down without trying, and some days it seems that you’re noticing the things that stress you out even more.
There’s a meditation for that. It’s called “CHILL” and Stephen, our Executive Director is guiding it. You can tune in here:
(And follow Stephen here: @superspiritual )
Tip #3 for a great meditation is that it’s all about the BREATH. Regulating the breath is great for anxiety as well. If mid-season cold, or allergies don’t have you stuffy, try to breathe through the nose rather than the mouth while meditating. And, if you’re feeling anxious or drank too much coffee, you can focus on the exhale, or even extend it for a second or two. If you’re feeling sleepy or bored, focus on your inhale. The breath is a powerful tool, like a meditation gas pedal. For more information about Three Jewels go to: https://www.threejewels.org/
Hello Jewels, it’s Day 2! We hope you’re feeling good about your practice so far. Whether you’re dipping your toe in for the first time, or already solid in your practice, you’re supporting others around this planet to do something good for themselves and for others. And that’s got to have an affect on your mind, and your future.
Your second mission, should you choose to accept it,
is to find the teacher within you.
You’ll be guided by Miriam Parker, an expert meditation teacher at Three Jewels
Tip #2 for a great meditation is all about THE SPACE. There are entire meditation practices, simply around setting up your meditation space: how the room should smell, look, feel, and more. The main idea is to set up a space in your home, or even in a corner of your room, that makes you feel ready to come into contact with your highest self: your happiest self. You can create an altar that has inspiring photos and quotes, sweet smelling incense, and a comfy space to enter your own mind.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy your mind! We are so happy that you've joined us and are meditating #forgood! Attached is a meditation with our President, Hector Marcel. This meditation is designed to help you to practice the state and feeling of joy!
Tip #1 for a great meditation is all about POSTURE. Did you know that there are four traditional postures for meditation? You can stand, walk, lay down or sit. In any posture, it's important to have a straight spine.
