It’s day FOUR, Jewels! C e l e b r a t e, because you’re almost at the halfway point.


  T I P   O F   T H E   D A Y  

Tip #4: It’s great to know what meditation is, and what it isn’t. Meditation is the practice of keeping your mind on an object for a certain period of time. Meditation is not trying to stop thinking. It’s not following your thoughts around. During our meditation we use a meditation ‘object’ that’s going to leave an impression on our minds that will help us be happier, healthier, more creative and more loving.



TODAY’S meditation object is just that. Sarah Blackburn is going to guide you in our GOALS meditation, AKA. “Future Refuge” meditation. In this meditation, we form a relationship with our future self. That self is free of any obstacles or barriers we currently face, and possesses the qualities or strengths that we’re working to develop. The more we continue to work with that ‘new’ self, the more our minds see this ‘self’ as a real possibility for us.
