I talk about a recent transformative meditation I had, in which I went back in time to when I first had the thought that my body had failed me. I explore how I felt about my body when I was about 8-10 year-old and how I never even thought my body was limited in any way. Then I trace the first few thoughts that showed up and let me know I couldn't rely on myself, my body or my judgment. In the meditation, I forgave myself and I describe how powerful that experience was.
