Tension often shows up as mental noise and emotional reactivity, so train the system, not just the symptoms
Build “foundation energy” by placing attention below the navel and using breath consistently
Use simple breath focus (So on inhale, Hum on exhale) to settle mind and expand the heart
Practice gratitude first to access a more open, stable emotional state
Treat life as the teacher: ask what patterns you are attracting and what needs to change
