OOOOOOHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMM...
Today's episode is about Meditation, and for most of us who have never tried this “Woo Woo” craft, how do we get started?
This episode will be extremely helpful for you if you are interested in increasing your own self awareness, being cognizant of exactly what might be affecting you in a positive or negative fashion, and giving your psychi a fighting chance to avoid becoming disrupted by any outside influences.
Why should we meditate?
Have you ever said “Gimme a sec?” or raised a finger to say “Hold on?” because you were faced with a difficult decision, your personality was disrupted by something that seemed out of your control, or your blood pressure started rising.
These are micro meditations, you may not have realized it but we have all meditated in some way shape or form.
Now take that one second to ten minutes and imagine the impact of a breathe, or breathing exercise that could allow you to “Regain control” of who you are, allow your blood pressure to drop, give you clarity on the situation or life as you know it.
Through meditation, we can soar - literally like an eagle over mountaintops, we can realign ourselves physically, spiritually and mentally to who we know we are and who we wish to be.
What is meditation and where does it stem from?
Is it a religious practice?

If you are trying to figure out a gift to give for the holiday season, Meditation for relaxation is the perfect gift.
It wasn't until I read Adam O’neil’s book - Meditation for relaxation That I fully realized what meditation could mean for the everyday person. The book does a fantastic job of not only describing meditation in its simplest forms but gives several meditative exercises ranging from 2 minutes to 60 minutes, heres a link:
