Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you fall asleep easily as you invite yourself to be the good.

Be the good, 

You want to see.

Be the good,

You’re meant to be. 

PAUSE…

Be the light,

That helps others see.

Be the light,

That sets darkness free.

PAUSE…

Be the smile,

That fills someone’s heart.

Be the embrace,

When others fall apart.

PAUSE…

Be the love,

That eases the pain.

Be the calm,

That settles the rain.

When the world feels heavy,

And the darkness has spread,

Refrain from complaining,

And come inside instead.

PAUSE…

Because deep within you lies,

The light that you seek.

The light that feels dim outside,

The love that feels weak.

PAUSE…

You can show up,

Every single day,

With forgiveness and love,

In what you do and say.

PAUSE…

Change in our world,

Starts inside you.

Choose love over fear,

And be willing to review.

PAUSE…

When the judgements stop,

And the ego is lovingly shown,

That we are all connected,

And none of us are alone.

Be the good,
