And let it pull you inside. 

Exhale fully…

And let the thoughts subside.

Breathe in again,

And focus on the air.

Now exhale all the way,

Releasing what’s there.

So breathe in happy,

Feeling joyful and light.

Breathe in happy,

As you settle into night.

Breathe in peace,

And let it calm you down.

Breathe in gratitude,

Your life is profound.
