This meditation will help you with feelings of discomfort and unease by encouraging you to simply feel your emotions. When you honor your capacity to feel, you allow yourself to be present to the current moment of your life. By becoming present to whatever emotions and experiences you're going through, you open yourself up to more healing and love. After this meditation, you will feel a heightened level of release, peace and awareness for whatever state of being you're in.
