Excellent!
Being stuck in routine life. I was looking for something that can truly relief the stress and anxiety. Of course I have heard of meditation, but never try it out. So finally I've decided to get this book. It's an excellent and well written guide that helps to rearrange your life in a better way. It was a good read!
