Today I will guiding us through one of my favorite meditations for cultivating love and glowing light into our bodies for a brighter more fulfilling day!
If you have never done guided meditations before, the best thing that you can do is be gentle with yourself. It is completely normal if you cannot calm the brain down right away. It is okay if your mind starts to wander, let it. Without judgement or fear. Allow yourself to come into a space of safety and presence by listening to my voice and visualizing the things that I talk about here in today's guided meditation! Thankful for you!
