Hello friends. Almost all of us have experienced or will experience loss sometime during the course of our lives. The process of grief is never an easy one, but it is necessary and important for our mental health and personal growth. Navigating  mindfully can help expedite your journey through the grieving process. I hope this guided meditation can provide at least some of that help.
