In these short podcasts, I'll be meditating with you in 2-5 minute segments. 
Sound strange? No stranger than believing you can sit still and your mind will slow down! 
But that is the truth. 
I'm Charlene and I've been meditating since 1973 when I was initiated into the Tibetan Buddhist ceremonies of Vajrayana Tantra. This tantra means 'Union' with the figures and sounds associated with each of the large number of Tibetan icons of human energy. 

In these short podcasts, I hope to help you learn how to provide yourself with strength for the challenges in life, a refuge when you need to re-set and focus on the joy and abundance you already have at your fingertips. Be well!
