Welcome  to Season 2 of the BBB podcast! 

This week's episode is in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week 2022.

This week's meditation is themed for moments of lonliness or times when we feel disconnected from our people. This would also work well for other moments in time - so don't feel you need to be lonely to join me.

I'll begin with a chat about loneliness and at minute 4:30 the meditation will begin, so feel free to skip to that if you'd prefer.
