Today we'll be exploring a breathwork practice for calm, increased focus and settling of the mind. I'll be giving this a little intro before we begin, if you don't have time to listen to that today, you can skip straight to around the 4.45 minute mark and we'll get into it.
This is a perfect one for before bed, first thing in the morning or even as part of your Yoga practice, if you are someone who practices Yoga :)
Please make sure you do this practice in safe space, so not whilst you are driving or in water etc.
