This piece imitates water flowing.  Some will meditate and try to fix their mind on a single point. Some find that if they focus on the flow, it becomes much easier to release.

A very accomplished Master may think 500 thoughts a day. An unconscious person may thing 50,000.  Meditation can teach someone how to think less, and be more effective.

In Tai Chi Gung training, to meditate means to listen. Simple to apply in many areas of ones life.

A meditation for the heart.

Meditation helps you master the mind. Combined with conscious breathing, the two together can transform your world almost faster than you can imagine.

Meditation can be easier to understand and master if you think of it as “listening”.

Meditation gives your rational mind an opportunity to learn that the power is in the present moment. I didn’t say the mind would be happy about it, but it will be a valuable lesson.
