And come inside. 

Let your senses guide you home.

PAUSE…

Let go of the thoughts,

And emotions,

And instead, 

Just be one with the rhythm of your body.

Touch the space inside.

This opening that expands,

The more you sync with it.

The more you honor it. 

The more you realize,

That here is where the answers lie.

Here is where you are.

PAUSE…

So come inside,

And feel the open space of stillness within.

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Over and over again,

As you are here,

Present with the open space of stillness.
