Portion control is one of the biggest issues for weight gain, people often don't have a real sense of how much is 'normal'. You want to eat slowly and listen to your body so you can keep your portions to a size that's right for you.

These meditations follow a course we've created, they would be more effective done in combination with the course but if you know what you're doing you'll still benefit from listening to them.
