00 Welcome

02 Meditate Together
50 Can meditation also cause our awareness of conceptual world to exhibit signs of impermanence, suffering and non-self? Since commencing the at-home course, most outcomes in daily life occur contra to highly probable expectations. This would seem to reinforce the intellectual understanding of impermanence, suffering and non-self.
39 After the initial experience of enlightenment and entering the stream (sotapanna), is volition still necessary for progression to arahant? If there is no volition, then there would be no choice in reducing the number of lifetimes from the maximum seven to becoming an arahant for sure in the same lifetime when stream-entered.
29 Will I get over the heartbreak of a relationship practicing this meditation technique and just Buddhism in general? I feel so broken and I fell away from the Buddha’s teachings for a while.
46 When I was being mindful in daily life I looked absent in class to my teachers. They were pointing it out. That made me doubt if I had been doing the practice correctly. Could you give an advice?
10 Is the technique learned from the at-home meditation course enough to attain sotapanna fruition if done consistently for a prolonged duration of time with perseverance?
02 Is it possible to practice wrong, despite trying to do it as instructed? I noticed I now remember lesser daily activities, so I was wondering if that is a sign of progress or indeed practicing wrong?
37 How Is it possible to note if the objects are rapidly changing? I don't have the time to say the full mantra, because when I want to note the next moment, the next object arises and I don't have the time.
10 Is there benefit in praying to Buddha for help with practice? If yes, what is the most effective prayer to recite?
16 How can I note the bavanga? Sometimes I fall into that state and can not come out. There are before only short mini-movements of the abdomen and a sense of being aware between all objects.
13 With clear thought, is there a need for intellectual understanding in addition to intuitive knowing of impermanence, suffering and non-self? Can an unwholesome behaviour cease unconsciously without knowing intellectually why?
18 Does contemplation on particular topics also produce Vipassana? Like contemplation on the nature of society, or nature of pleasure, or nature of relationships, etc.? Can it be a beneficial side practice?
04 What did the Buddha say in regards to the wholesome worldly desires and meditation? I strive to meditate every day, but my condition makes it difficult to do so for very long.
02 Is violence in self-defense permissible in Buddhism?
50 Will soreading Buddhism through media produce good kamma?
05 Understanding the respect for family, if the family has been a hindrance to personal development despite striving for change, Is it reasonable to remove them from our lives?
44 To what extent should we endure pain in meditation? I think I've maybe been too hard-headed about not moving when in pain, in lieu of being mindful.
06 I've been practicing insight meditation for 12 years and also have been learning other aspects of mindfulness. What would be your advice in regards to being consistent even when life gets a bit tough?
28 I can’t seem to focus on the breath without trying to control it. Any advice?
34 What are the Buddhist views on self-healing, healing diseases like cancer and infections?
