00:00 Welcome

04:45 Meditation Q&A
16:27 I have constant weird body and mind sensations all day and even worse at night - Piti rises as soon as I close my eyes... nimittas, then samadhi; up and down, uncontrollable, leading to jhanas - at night. How to stop this process and sleep? The more I note the more Piti rises, leading to samadhi - I am unable to rest. I only have a few months of very intense practice and I am scared - it deeply affects my daily life. How to deal with this?
20:24 How do know you are not craving/clinging to the peaceful state/clarity you get after practice?
20:58 Can you elaborate what seeing clearly means? If I have strong feelings for someone, I note "feelings, feelings" but I don’t get the concept of seeing clearly.
24:32 Sitting meditation, walking meditation -- Do we have standing meditation and lying meditation? If yes, any different techniques?
25:04 Should I always be noting while meditating? When I follow the breath, the inhale, space, exhale, Space... There's a knowningness of the experience of the breath. Should I note rising, falling. Why?
27:01 When I experience anger, even if I noted it and see it clearly, I have the feeling of repressing it and that it will come stronger eventually. What's the difference between noting and repressing?
29:23 If I’m able to focus on my breath while doing everyday chores, is this OK, or should I focus on on other bodily sensations?
30:06 I'm in a constant state of emotional pain in my heart, that has been in almost a static way for decades. Would Vipassana give me an insight or possible catharsis?
31:35 Can we continue to live a peaceful life like a monk as ordinary people in this material world by practicing mindfulness?
33:20 Are having worldly desires and meditation "at odds" with each other?
34:18 Is there a difference between "single point/object meditation" and “awareness/mindfulness meditation"?
35:51 Why do you separate the mindfulness and samatha practice when from what I have read from the Suttas- the Buddha keeps mentioning jhanas as a result of mindfulness?
37:48 I experience a blank mind. Where I feel my mind goes silent and I can't think. I have a feeling this is due to detachment from reality and not meditation. Will meditation over time fix this?
39:14 How can mindfulness help with the sluggish sense of lazyness? I find myself not motivated to do anything - So what causes, triggers the motivation to arise? The energy to work, practice, cook and clean?
41:33 When practicing throughout the day, I remember my father and my chest contracts and I feel sad. Often I note it even between breaths then continue noting next arising. Is it skillful or suppression?
42:24 Instead of meditating on the risings and fallings, I meditate on either The Lord Buddha and/or Master Yuttadhammo and his voice of preaching the Dhamma. Is that OK?
43:30 Can we chant mantras like "om mani padme hum om ami dewa rih" like at any time of the day .. is there any kind of other restrictions while chanting mantras?
44:23 Does awareness of the breath fall under single point meditation, that does not aid one on the path to enlightenment? Is mindfulness a ‘better’ meditation?
45:50 Explaining the practice it's clear what is body, feelings, emotions and thoughts. It's less clear how to explain the fourth, "dhammas" it seems those are "other exercises". How to explain it simply?
48:52 How to go through tough times?
51:32 When I am really concentrating on watching a movie that I like, is thata form of mindfulness?
52:11 What are some good books to read on the topic? I've been studying the Dhammapada for about a year now.
53:16 Are there Arahants in this age? Can Dhamma practitioners still become Arahant in today's world?
54:45 When my little sisters are at home, they often fight and are very loud, so I usually meditate when they are not at home. What would be your advice?
55:22 Do nimittas fall under the dhamma category?
55:40 We are always aware. What is the difference between awareness in meditation, and awareness in waking life?
57:03 How do we progress in the rupa jhanas? Are we meant to stay fixed on one particular jhana until we master it?
57:47 When the aversion for a task seems unbearable, i find the courage (like resolute war attitude) being more effective than just midfulness. Why is that? Maybe I have misinterpreted what mindfulness is.
59:46 How many lifetimes does it take to attain the Jhana for the average person?
1:02:42 Sadhu...
