This meditation is meant to help you pause, contemplate the future, and connect with your heart's deepest desires so you can feel more aligned within your hopes and dreams.  

Take a moment to make yourself comfortable.

Perhaps straightening your back,

Or relaxing your neck.

PAUSE…

Once you’re settled, 

Begin to deepen your breath,

Breathing in through the nose and out through your nose.

Slowing yourself down with every single breath. 

PAUSE…

This is your time to dream. 

See if you can imagine you’re holding a radiant magic wand.

The end of your wand is shining a magnificent white light, filling up the room.

PAUSE…

This wand fulfills all of the hopes and dreams of one who holds it. 

You. 

Feel the power.

The possibilities,

And the warmth of the light.

PAUSE…

Now turn towards the deepest desires of your heart.

What do you desire?

What do you want more of?

Less of?

PAUSE

Suspend any doubts or fears that may be arising.

This is not their time. 

PAUSE…

You hold the magic wand,

And silently ask yourself, 

What do I want?  

What could I possibly dream up for my life? 

For my health,

Wealth, 

Relationships,

Creative expression,

career?

What would I love? 

Be here for a bit,

Opening up your heart to what comes up. 

LONG PAUSE…
