The thing I love best about Sarah's book is that it hits different meditation techniques in a simple easy to follow way. I have read way too many other books that just jump into the deep end of the pool without paying consideration for people like myself who are just trying to learn the ropes. I felt immediate results after trying the methods suggested in this book. I felt an almost immediate drop in my stress levels as well as anxiety. Even better I feel much happier thanks to Sarah's wonderful book!
