Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you sink into gratitude as you drift off to sleep. 

Breathe…

And bring yourself inside. 

Far away from the movement of the day.

Far away from the thoughts,

And emotions that want to play.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Slow down your breathing, 

Letting your inhale bring you home.

And then ask your exhale,

To release what wants to roam.

PAUSE…

Let your body melt,

Deep into your bed.

Let the melody of your breathing,

Clear what’s in your head. 

So Let’s Begin...

SINK INTO GRATITUDE MEDITATION SCRIPT

Here in this space,

The noise of the day has ceased. 

Here in your soul,

Your awareness of the good has increased.

PAUSE…

Reach down and grab them,

Those blessings that shine like gold.

As you try to collect them you realize,

There’s more than you can hold. 

PAUSE…

Falling, 

Falling down.

Deeper and deeper you go.

All you feel is gratitude now,

Surrender yourself to the glow. 

LONG PAUSE…

The people you know,

The food that fills you up.

The opportunities you have,

The hugs that fill your cup.

PAUSE…

Even the hard times,

That feel like they’ll break you down.

Are full of hidden lessons,

And blessings are there to be found.

LONG PAUSE…

So sink into gratitude,

And swim in the ocean of gold. 

Let it fill you with love,

And warm you when you feel cold. 

PAUSE…

Falling, 

Falling down.

Deeper and deeper you go.

All you feel is gratitude now,

Surrender yourself to the glow. 

PAUSE…

Feel yourself sinking,

Deep into the night.

Hear yourself thinking,

That everything feels so right. 

PAUSE…

When the endless blessings cover you,

And warm you into bliss.

You realize your life is precious,

And you begin to reminisce. 

PAUSE…

Falling, 

Falling down.

Deeper and deeper you go.

All you feel is gratitude now,

Surrender yourself to the glow.
