Often its our assumptions about things rather than the thing itself that makes contentment and enoughness always out of our reach. Getting clear on what terms mean to you can be half the battle when searching for this elusive "inner peace" stuff. WTF is "Inner Peace" anyway?

May 2024 Reiki Reiju gathering, we combine the 'Leaves on a stream' therapeutic meditation with our Reiki healing to allow us to explore the movement of thought. Often when we face a thought storm or repetitive thought patterns we try to distract or run away from it. Turning to face the storm has an impact of slowing it down and taking the power away from the thoughts and back into our hands.
